Question regarding the "First Edition" aspect. Is everything in rotation currently 1st edition as there has not been an unlimited as of yet? Is there anything on the booster box/turbo decks that mention 1st edition?
Looking online, there are listing that specify 1st edition and some that don't. I know the cards themselves have 1st edition on them but i wanted to know specifically about packaging.
If they are indeed all currently 1st edition, one would think they are going to release an unlimited version of it. Hopefully the difference between the two packing will be easily identifiable.

2021.12.07 22:19 broken-bytes [Opinion] I am fairly disappointed with my 12700K
This is an issue that I think not only I am encountering but no one talks about it.
I received my new 12700K a week ago. Went into BIOS, started OCing it. Fiddled around a little and even at first sight I got a little disappointed.
My 12700K can barely run at 5GHz all cores stable! The only voltage where I got it somehow stable was at 1.4V, which I never want to touch in my daily driver system. Could be an unlucky chip ? Sure, but even a bad chip should be able to get there with like 1.37V max. That’s what I thought. In order to have my CPU stable at 1.36V I went with 4.9GHz all cores, 5.0GHz 6 cores and 5.1GHz 1 core. Don’t cite me on that, might have changed it a little since I last checked back. But roughly that’s the numbers.
Now comes the part that really, really pisses me off. My old 9700K managed to get to 5.1GHz at 1.36V. Again, this time super lucky chip, I know. But still. Funnily enough, that chip drained less power while maintaining a significantly higher clock. At 1.4V I managed to push it to 5.3GHz on all cores, that’s where my cooling solution limited, plus occasional crashes in gaming sessions. Yet, at 1.36V we are talking about +200MHz all cores, +100MHz 6 cores, and equal clock speed on just one core.
Of course this is just raw numbers and the IPC has improved a lot between these too. But in fact I did actually see better gaming performance in some CPU hungry games then k see with my 12700K. We’re talking 0.x percentages, but yet it is slower. It’s either the E Cores being thrown with games at, or the IPC at the OC rate my old 9700K delivered outperforms the 12700K at mild OC.
Either way I am somehow irritated by this.

I have a LG Fridge (LFC22770) thats 6 years old. When it would go through a cycle I would hear the compressor kick on + the fan, it would run, compressor would shut off and shortly after the fan would as well.
Today I noticed that the fan is continuously running. According to this its apparently normal? But its only recent that it started doing this. Temperatures are fine (have a thermostat in the fridge as well) and it still cycles normally aside from the fan not turning off. Also I know its the compartment fan because it turns off when I open the fridge doors.
Any idea? Its too late to call anyone so figure i'd ask here

(What you're about to read may sound weird, but trust me, it's effective as hell) Now that you're as comfortable as possible, try to feel your genitalia, then feel your anus. Then again genitalia, and then again the anus. So what you want to do is to balance those two points so that eventually you'll reach the equilibrium between them. And when you do, you want to feel the center between them, and that's basically where your root chakra is. So now just keep focusing here. And that's it.

Hi, I'm 20F, 5'5 and currently 141lbs as of 11/28 (was 205lbs as of February). I gained an enormous amount of weight last year from being sedentary, binging a lot & eating lots of junk food, and felt really awful about myself so I've been trying to lose weight and it's helped me feel so much better about myself, and more confident in social situations too. I've lost a lot of weight since then but my goal weight is 130lbs, super ideal gw is 120 but I'm trying to be realistic and set easier goals for myself. I lost weight without trying for a few months just from staying away from junk & eating less overall & changing environment, but stagnated around 165 so I started actively trying to lose weight. Once I hit 150 it's been a bit slower to lose more, and I'm fairly sure I know the reasons why, but my situation seems weird enough that I'm not really sure how to go about this, and would love some input from you all!
Here's an obnoxiously-detailed explanation of my situation & current IF practices (TLDR at the bottom):
The main thing that makes my case seem a bit tricky/weird is that I'm autistic and an incredibly picky eater, and also very rigid about routines and internal rules I make for myself. I have been working very hard over the last year to increase my independence so that I can hopefully live on my own and maybe get a job or go to school. I live in a group home/independent living-type situation where someone goes grocery shopping with me, but I'm in charge of cooking and remembering to eat. This is new and difficult, because I am only just learning how to cook beyond a bagel or microwave chicken nuggets. I do take vitamins and supplements because my incredibly limited food palette has made me low on certain nutrients in the past. I also only have access to a scale once a month during check-ins with the nurse here, so I don't have a way to track my weight loss closely beyond how I look or how my pants fit. I don't exercise & am very sedentary: other than having to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs to get to my apartment 2-3 times a day, I basically sit in my room on my computer or reading for most of the day.
For the rundown of my pickiness: basically the only vegetable I can eat is broccoli; I eat LOTS of carbs, like cereal, bagels, toast, fruit etc; my mom calls me a Flintstones character because I LOVE meat; I struggle a lot with combining food/foods touching/there being lots of different flavors at once. Ex: Mexican/Indian food is an absolute no-go because there's too much flavor and too many ingredients at once, and it was a huge accomplishment for me to finally start eating pb&j sandwiches because for a long time I couldn't handle even that level of combining foods.
I am finally starting to eat rice with things, like beef or chicken - I'll add a little bit of rice onto my spoon with the meat so that the taste is mostly hidden, and I add a bit more to my spoon each time I try so I can get used to it and kind of trick my brain by sneaking it in. Once I'm used to a flavor, I'm usually okay with eating it, but it's the beginning where I'm very distressed by unfamiliar flavors that makes it really hard for me to introduce new things in my diet.
Right now, I'm on a medication that I take in the morning that requires me to eat something before/as I take it, or else I'll get sick. I have a very strict morning routine which includes my breakfast, which used to be 2 bowls of frosted flakes but I have since cut it down to just 1 bowl. I kind of accidentally started doing IF, so I was basically doing OMAD, where I would eat my bowl of frosted flakes in the morning, and then not eat for the rest of the day, with the rare exception of maybe a handful of pistachios in the evening. Once or twice a week, I'll actually make myself something for dinner, but I only know how to cook like 3 things so it's usually a hamburger, beef, or steak (I'm learning how to cook chicken this weekend!). Sometimes a microwave hot dog if I run out of groceries but I've been steering away from hotdogs since they're high in sodium. Sometimes I won't make myself anything and will really just eat frosted flakes in the morning and nothing else for the whole week. I am working on learning more about IF & how to practice it in healthy & safe ways rather than just skipping meals & not eating which is what I was doing before I knew that IF was an actual thing. (It's not an eating disorder, just weird habits & routines I accidentally started without realizing & am now trying to divert into healthier ones)
One of my other things is that I suck on Werthers caramel hard candies a lot because when I was younger I had oral fixations and sucked & chewed on everything - my fingers, lip, clothes, pencils, stuff like that. It got to the point where I was ruining all my shirts/sweaters & my lip would get raw, so my mom decided to give me Werthers to suck on instead & it's become a soothing habit kind of like stimming for me. Now though, I'm also using it to curb my hunger in the evenings while fasting, which kind of defeats the purpose.
I know that the frosted flakes and the caramel are sugary, which defeats the purpose of fasting because my body will use the sugar for energy instead of my fat, and same for the carbs in the cereal as well. It's also probably not healthy for that to be all I'm eating as my one meal since I won't get all my nutrients except for my vitamins. But I don't know how to change these very engrained behaviors and routines I have, or what to replace them with. I am getting better at changing bad habits/routines, but it's slow going and very gradual & I usually have to kind of 'trick' my brain into accepting it, see the example of the rice.
TLDR: I'm autistic and a very picky eater: no vegetables besides broccoli, lots of starch/carbs, and tons of meat. I have trouble with new flavors/foods. I have a med that requires it to be taken with food in the morning, so all I'll eat throughout the week is a OMAD bowl of frosted flakes in the morning, and I suck on caramel candies to curb hungesooth myself. 1-2x during the week I'll make myself dinner, usually a slab of meat of some kind, otherwise I'll go the whole week with just the cereal in the morning & maybe some pistachios in the evening.
What I'm hoping to get from you guys: feedback on my current routine, ideas for new foods I could try that are healthier to replace the less healthy ones I'm eating & make sure I'm getting more nutrients I need, ways to ease myself into eating better things such as sneaking in healthy foods that don't have a strong taste into foods I already like, advice if anyone else has tried fasting while being on medication that needs to be taken with food, if there's adjustments I should make to my fasting routines, and any other advice you can give on losing weight, being independent, and adjusting routines when my brain is hardwired to make that feel impossible.
Ideas/questions I've brainstormed but don't know how helpful they'd be: Are cheerios or oatmeal better than the frosted flakes, should I just have a Lenny & Larry protein cookie as breakfast if that's all I'll be eating/look into meal replacement shakes or something like that, should I be making myself a meal with hamburger & brocolli for breakfast instead of dinner, is replacing caramel with gum better since there's less sugar if I really need to be chewing/sucking on something? If I'm not able to cut out some of the unhealthy stuff like caramel or cereal, is there anything else I could do that could help counter-balance that? Walking up the stairs a few more times a day, going on walks, doing sit-ups, taking a yoga class, anything like that?
