2022.01.21 02:08 Admirable_Elk_965 Any battles with spaceships, ships or airplanes are the coolest types of battles
Doesn't matter what it is. A world war 2 movie, a sci-fi movie, a pirate movie, whatever, if it's got two big ships or multiple big ships with a bunch of smaller ships (or a space station) fighting it out it's always going to be awesome. Seeing aircraft dogfighting, or gallons firing cannons is always awesome regardless of the context to it. Having a dogfight between multiple fighter type crafts will always be cool.

2022.01.21 02:08 babydee_1 1st Mock Draft With Trades
I used PFN trade system so the trade value of picks will be off. That being said, this mock includes trades and it took a while to type out. Please comment your opinions!
- JAX - Evan Neal (OT) - Jacksonville takes the most athletically gifted tackle prospect who can protect their superstar QB for many years. Neal can play RT and LT and will be a very valuable player on his new offense.
- DET - Kayvon Thibodeaux (EDGE) - The Lions take the best EDGE in this class. Kayvon is an excellent player that can fix the Lions poor defense.
- HOU - Aidan Hutchinson (EDGE) - The Texans also take EDGE and go with the second best EDGE in the class. The Texans need a lot of help on both sides of the ball but they need someone to get after the QB. Hutchinson had an impressive year and should continue that success on his new team.
- NYJ - Kyle Hamilton (S) - Probably the best and most versatile player in the entire draft and although he is a safety and this might be too high, he is just so good. The Jets solve their question around the safety position by taking BPA.
- NYG - Ikem Ekwonu (OT) - After moving over to LT this past year, Ikem has shown great improvement. He can play LT or LG and can be a great RT to pair with Andrew Thomas. I believe the Giants should fill their GAPING holes on the offensive line to protect a QB that they should take in 2023.
- TRADE! WSH (Via CAR) - Kenny Pickett (QB) - WFT gets their QB of the future in Pickett who has the potential to be a great QB. Scary Terry gives Kenny a huge receiver threat and allows for this WFT offensive to be good. WSH send Pick 11, Pick 189, 2023 WSH 1st, 2023 WSH 3rd, and 2023 WSH 5th to CAR for Pick 6.
- TRADE! LAC (Via NYG) - George Karlaftis (EDGE) - Giants trade down to pick up more 2023 draft capital. The Chargers move up to select an EDGE who can assist on the defense. On a weaker Purdue where he didn't put up insane numbers, Karlaftis was one of the bright spots on defense. LAC send Pick 17, Pick 79, 2023 LAC 1st, and 2023 LAC 3rd to move up 10 spots.
- ATL - David Ojabo (EDGE) - One of the most athletic players in the draft goes to a team desperate to put pressure on the QB. The Falcons only had 18 sacks and Ojabo should help with that total next year. Ojabo benefitted from Hutchinson on the other side but he can should still produce at the higher level. Although they got jumped by LAC, they still pick a very good player.
- DEN - Matt Corral (QB) - Unfortunately for my favorite team, we are in a horrible QB situation. Denver fills their major hole at QB with the best one available. Corral was injured in his final game as a college pro, but The Broncos hope that Corral can compete with the other elite QBs in their division.
- TRADE! BAL (Via NYJ) - Derek Stingley Jr. (CB) - My CB3 of the class goes to a team that needs more secondary help. With Marcus Peters getting older and Humphrey injured last year, Stingley can hope to recreate his insane freshman season in the NFL. BAL sends Pick 14 and Pick 76 to jump the Vikings and chose Stingley.
- CAR (Via WSH) - Charles Cross (OT) - The third best tackle in this class goes to a team in desperate need of O-line help. I've seen plenty of people mocking a QB to the Panthers but I believe their need to protect their current QB is higher. Cross will instantly be one of the best players on that horrible O-line. I would have had CAR trade down more but I couldn't find a team to move up more.
- MIN - Ahmad Gardner (CB) - The Vikings get my CB1 of the draft that can fix their poor secondary. Gardner did not let up a single touchdown in his collegiate career which I can see him replicating at the NFL level.
- CLE - Garrett Wilson (WR) - Wilson is the best WR in the Draft and should be a great number one option for Mayfield. The Browns are in desperate need of WR help since Odell left to the Rams and Landry not being a great first option.
- NYJ (Via BAL) - Devin Lloyd (LB) - The Jets dips into the defense again by taking the best linebacker in the class. The Jets could have gone with multiple players but take BPA. I can see the Jets trading back further but I have them staying here for now. I could also see them drafting a WR but they could fulfill that in FA.
- PHI - Travon Walker (EDGE) - Walker is probably the second most versatile player in this draft. Walker drops into coverage, can play LB, and can rush the passer. He is also a very good run stopper. The Eagles prioritize defense with their first draft pick.
- PHI - Tyler Linderbaum (C) - My second favorite O-lineman in the class goes to a team that NEEDS help on their o-line. With Kelce possibly retiring and Brandon Brooks also possibly being cut or retiring, the Eagles need for fill a whole that hasn't appeared in their line for a very long time. Linderbaum is a powerful freak of nature who can climb to the next level very well.
- TRADE! KC (Via NYG Via LAC) - Treylon Burks (WR) - Treylon is a freak of nature and one to watch out for as he may shoot up draft boards. He joins an already stacked team that includes Mahomes, Hill, and Kelce. The Chiefs jump ahead of the Saints and take a great number two option with Hill and Hardman both having their contracts up after 2023. KC sends Pick 29, Pick 61, and 2023 KC 2nd in exchange for Pick 17.
- NO - Chris Olave (WR) - Olave is yet another Ohio State WR to join the Saints. This pick is kind of lazy but I really like the fit. Olave forms a great one-two partnership with one of the best WR in the league.
- PHI - Andrew Booth Jr. (CB) - Booth Jr. is my CB2 of the draft and rightfully so. He has grown every year in college and comes to a team already with talent in the secondary. He joins Maddox and Slay in creating a great secondary.
- PIT - Kenyon Green (IOL) - Also one of the most versatile players in the draft, Green can play in multiple positions across the O-line. The only position he didn't play in college was center. The Steelers stay put and get one of the best offensive lineman in the draft.
- NE - Roger McCreary (CB) - The Patriots take the best man CB in the draft who should make a fearsome ball-hawking duo with J.C. Jackson as long as he resigns with the Patriots. He had an amazing year at Auburn and can also play anywhere you need him. He has previous experience as both a boundary and slot corner as well as safety. Also a lazy pick but NE runs a lot of man and McCreary is great at man coverage.
- LV - Trevor Penning (OT) - The Raiders select another offensive lineman for the second year straight in an attempt to bolster their line. Penning graded well in both pass pro and the running game.
- TRADE! TB (Via ARZ) - DeMarvin Leal (EDGE) - This is as far as Leal falls for me as I think he can become an amazing EDGE rusher next to Vita Vea. Leal can play both EDGE and IDL. Even though this past season was lackluster, Leal should become a monster. TB sends Pick 30 and Pick 62 to move up 7 spots.
- TRADE! DET (Via DAL) - Nakobe Dean DET (LB) - Dean falls to 24 but is quickly picked up by the Lions. Dean joins the number 2 overall pick in attempting to create the Lions defense into a formidable force. DET sends Pick 28, Pick 98, and 2023 DET 4th.
- CIN - Darrian Kinnard (IOL) - Cincinnati drafts interior offensive lineman to help protect the lethal Joey BURRRR. Kinnard fills the need while being projected to play guard at the next level.
- MIA - Bernhard Raimann (OT) - The Dolphins also go offensive line and take one of my favorite prospects from the draft. Raimann is a converted tight-end to tackle prospect that had a stellar year. Hopefully he can fix the Dolphins poor O-line.
- BUF - Jordan Davis (IDL) - The Bills get a steal by not even moving an inch. Davis on the other hand will move offensive lineman more than a couple of inches when he destroys them. The Bills solve one of the two line problems with their team.
- DAL (Via DET) - Cameron Thomas (EDGE) - Thomas has played all across the defensive line and should do it at the next level. He is good in both the run and passing game. Thomas shall join Parsons as a deadly defensive duo that will terrorize the NFC East for many years to come.
- NYG (Via KC) - Jermaine Johnson (EDGE) - Johnson is one of the older prospects in this draft but he had a standout senior year. He is great at rushing the passer and stopping the run. He can play in a 4-3 if the Giants stick with that.
- ARZ (Via TB) - Trent McDuffie (CB) - McDuffie is the sixth CB to go off the board and too a team that is almost there defensively. Trent joins a stacked secondary that needs all the help it can get stopping the powerhouses in its division. I think ARZ addresses O-line in FA.
- TEN - Devonte Wyatt (IDL) - Lesser known defensive lineman apart of the winning national championship team, Wyatt still contributed massively. Wyatt is able to play anywhere across the defensive line but will most likely line up as a 3 tech.
- GB - Jameson Williams (WR) - Although suffering a torn ACL in the CFP national championship, the Packers take the risk of Williams being healthy for the 2022 season. With his 4.3 speed, Williams should be a great number 2 option next to Adams if he stays. I can see them addressing EDGE in FA so GB goes with BPA at a position of need.

2022.01.21 02:08 godforgotus I feel like this is targeted against us gay men, we’re not all molested as kids we are valid
In research with 942 nonclinical adult participants, gay men and lesbian women reported a significantly higher rate of childhood molestation than did heterosexual men and women. Forty-six percent of the homosexual men in contrast to 7% of the heterosexual men reported homosexual molestation. Twenty-two percent of lesbian women in contrast to 1% of heterosexual women reported homosexual molestation. This research is apparently the first survey that has reported substantial homosexual molestation of girls. Suggestions for future research were offered.

2022.01.21 02:08 YoungAndShameless One UI 4.0 Colour Palette strange behavior
This is the most exciting feature in Android 12 for me. Usually it works great, but sometimes it doesn't?
Like majority of Google apps have officislly supported Material You for month. But Samsungs implementation doesn't seem to play nice with it
Majority of Samsung apps support it. Which is great. Third party applications support it too so I know the API is working as intended
But how are first party Google apps having so much issues with it? I've only seen this happening with Samsung phones.
Play Store and Google Clock work with it. Messages, Gmail, Drive, and most others don't.
Not saying it's Samsungs fault, just a big annoyance having so much inconsistency for a stable release.

2022.01.21 02:08 pachanoor Does Sims3 run smoothly on Windows?
I am a Mac+Metal+64bit user that's never been able to finish a game (age out, complete all my tasks, see my kids grow into adults, etc) because it continuously crashes or gets corrupted. I downloaded the new 64bit version for Mac and although I've been able to play okay, it's with limited functionality. Feel like it's being held together with duct tape. Here are things that aren't working for me with Mac 64bit + Metal:
- Ocean interactions (can't even fish on Isla's island pond)
- Can't travel (will just spend my money and action disappears)
- Game got corrupted when I had two pets after two weeks of tame play (just getting my career and some gardening going)
- Can't collect bugs
Things that I've never been able to do because I've just been trying to get the game to work smoothly:
- Play without 10s freezes every 12 sim hours or so
- Download and install custom content. I would love to design my own and install stuff but since I don't have base functionality, I didn't think it was worth it.
- Travel more than two times to each destination (this was before 64bit install). The game just corrupts and becomes unplayable.
- Turn on beautiful graphics
- Stop playing a game because I'd achieved what I wanted to do. I always just ended in a corrupted game.
Anyways, I was wondering if Sims3 actually just **works** on Windows? If yours works beautifully, what are your specs? I am strongly considering buying or building a Windows machine just for this and other gaming use but I don't want to do this if I'm just going to see a marginal improvement in performance.
Finally, and I feel a little like an adulterer by asking, should I just update to Sims4?
Thanks so much in advance!
